The Fujairah Weekend Retreat is organised by White Oryx for Marketing Management, DED Licence No. 1489766, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, represented by Werner Baumgartner (owner and manager) ("the Company"). By registering, you enter into an agreement with the Company.
The programme fee of AED 5,550 per person covers: the full retreat programme and all workshops and group sessions; 2 nights' accommodation at Address Beach Resort Fujairah (5-star), single occupancy, mountain view; full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft drinks) from Friday evening to Sunday lunch; and coffee breaks and snacks. Upgrades (double occupancy or sea view, +AED 200 each per stay) are available on request.
Transportation to and from Fujairah and personal expenses are not included in the programme fee.
For your convenience, the Company reserves and pays for your hotel accommodation directly with Address Beach Resort Fujairah. The hotel stay is booked in your name, and the accommodation agreement — including the hotel's own terms, house rules, and any incidental charges — is between you and the hotel, not the Company.
Registration is confirmed once the full programme fee (AED 5,550, plus any upgrades) has been paid. Places are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis. The Company may decline any registration at its discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
This retreat requires a minimum of 8 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached by 5 days before the retreat start date, the Company may cancel the retreat. In that case, all participants will receive a full refund of the programme fee.
You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before the retreat start date and receive a 50% refund of the programme fee paid. After that point, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be made, including in case of non-attendance. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 15 business days.
This retreat is a structured personal and professional development programme. It is not medical or psychological treatment and does not replace therapy, counselling, or medical care. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or any medical concern, please consult your doctor or therapist before registering, and let us know in advance so we can advise whether the programme is suitable for you.
The Company takes reasonable care in organising the retreat but is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by the Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law. The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or facilities of the hotel or any third-party supplier.
If the retreat is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for reasons beyond the Company's reasonable control — including illness of the facilitator, venue unavailability, travel restrictions, or force majeure — the Company will offer participants a place on a substitute or rescheduled retreat, or a full refund, at the Company's discretion.
The Company may remove a participant from the retreat, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to other participants or staff.
Personal data provided during registration is used only to administer your participation and is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection law. It is not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the retreat — for example, with the hotel, to make your booking.
The Company may take photographs and video recordings during the retreat for use in its own marketing materials, including on Instagram, its website, and other promotional content. By participating, you consent to being included in such material. If you prefer not to appear, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from published material.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
